Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2005 Amendment Order 2006 and shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.

The Budget (Scotland) Act 2005 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) to (6) of this article.
