Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Construction Contracts (Scotland) Exclusion Amendment Order 2006 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
Amendment
2. In article 4(2)(c)(iii) of the Construction Contracts (Scotland) Exclusion Order 1998(1) after “the Comptroller and Auditor General”, insert “or the Auditor General for Scotland”.
