Amendment to the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Ascertainment of Value) (Scotland) (No. 4) Order 2001

60.  In the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Ascertainment of Value) (Scotland) (No. 4) Order 2001(1) in article 2(6), after the words “Animal Health Act 1981”, insert “or regulation 8(2) or 9(1) of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Slaughter and Vaccination) (Scotland) Regulations 2006”.
