41.  In rule I2 (awards to servicemen)(1)–

(a) in paragraph (3), omit “or by a qualifying injury”; and

(b) in paragraph (4), for “Paragraph 1 of Schedule 10” substitute “Schedule 6 to the Compensation Scheme has”.
