Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the following regulations are revoked–
a
the Anatomy Regulations 19886; and
b
the Anatomy (Amendment) Regulations 19887.

The repeal of the regulations referred to in paragraph (1) shall not apply to regulations 2 and 3 of the Anatomy Regulations 1988 in relation to a body or part of a body which was authorised for use for anatomical examination under section 4 of the Act before the coming into force of these Regulations.

The repeal of the regulations referred to in paragraph (1) shall not apply to regulations 4 and 5 of the Anatomy Regulations 1988 in relation to the body of a person who died before the coming into force of these Regulations.
