PART II INVESTIGATION OF DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

Investigations by discipline committees

7.—(1) A discipline committee shall investigate any matter which is referred to it.

(2) Schedule 2 shall have effect with respect to the procedure for investigating disciplinary matters under this Part.
