The Education (Appeal Committee Procedures) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 No. 322

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Appeal Committee Procedures) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 30th June 2006.

(3) In these Regulations “the 1982 Regulations” means the Education (Appeal Committee Procedures) (Scotland) Regulations 1982(1).
