Amendment of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996

2.—(1) The National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 31 (overpayments)(2), after “1992” insert “or regulation 5(1) of the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006(3)”.

(3) In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 (incorporation of provisions of Regulations)(4)–

(a)for “Part II of the National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulations 1992” substitute “the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (3)”;

(b)delete “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (b)(iii); and

(c)insert at the end of sub-paragraph (c)–

; and

(d)the National Health Service (Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (5).
