1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Care (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2006 and shall come into force on 20th June 2006.
2.—(1) The Regulation of Care (Fees) (Scotland) Order 2005(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) of article 1 (interpretation) insert at the appropriate places in alphabetical order the following definitions–
““medium adult placement service” means an adult placement service which employs more than three, but not more than fifteen, whole-time equivalent persons to provide and manage the service;
“other adult placement service” means an adult placement service which is neither a small adult placement service nor a medium adult placement service;
“small adult placement service” means an adult placement service which does not employ more than three whole-time equivalent persons to provide and manage the service;”.
(3) In the Schedule at the end of the table insert–
