Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 12th June 2006.
Amendment to the Seed Potatoes (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005
2. In the Schedule to the Seed Potatoes (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1), for the entries in paragraph 6 (fees for nuclear stock), columns 1 and 2, substitute the entries in the following table–
