The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2006 No. 168 (C. 17)

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2006.

Commencement

2.  Section 70(2), (5) and (6) and (8) (but only for the purpose of inserting section 124A into the Police Act 1997(1)) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
