Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Care (Excepted Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 Partial Revocation Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.
Amendment to principal Regulations
2. Regulation 3 (school care accommodation services) of the Regulation of Care (Excepted Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) is revoked.
