Special allocation of quota20

This regulation applies if by reason of a mistake made by the Scottish Ministers–
a
a person has not been allocated any quota; or
b
has been allocated a smaller quantity of quota than that person would have been allocated if the mistake had not been made.

The Scottish Ministers may allocate to that person from the national reserve such quota as will compensate, in whole or in part, for that mistake.
