Amendment of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989

6.  For paragraph 5(b) of Schedule 1 substitute–

“(b) Short formal letters, letters each having a similar nature, intimations and letters confirming telephone calls;”.
