Amendment of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989

4. In regulation 2(1) after the definition of “the 1986 Act” insert–

““the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1988(1);

“the 1995 Act” means the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995(2);

“the 1995 Consolidation Act” means the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995(3);

“the 2000 Act” means the Terrorism Act 2000(4);”.
