SCHEDULE 1 Circumstances in which regulation 3 applies

Temporary unloading

4.  Regulation 3, rather than regulation 2, shall apply in the case of a means of transport from which animals have been unloaded solely to be fed or watered, or for some other temporary purpose, and then reloaded.
