Appointed day for commencement of provisions2
The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 30th December 2005–
a
section 41(5) to (9), so far as relating to Scotland;
b
section 132;
c
paragraphs 21 to 35 and 82 to 84 of Schedule 3;
d
paragraph 23 of Schedule 4;
e
the entries in Schedule 5, so far as relating to the provisions mentioned in paragraph (c);
f
section 139, so far as relating to the provisions mentioned in the preceding paragraphs.
