An enforcement authority shall have the power to do anything that a competent authority may do under Articles 18 to 21 and 24(3) of Regulation 882/2004 if the conditions set out in those Articles are fulfilled.

The enforcement authority shall be the competent authority for the purposes of Article 22 of Regulation 882/2004.
