1. In this Schedule–
“specified plant material” means tubers or plants of Solanum tuberosum L;
“basic seed potatoes” means seed potatoes as defined by regulation 2(1) of the Seed Potatoes Regulations; and
“pre basic seed potatoes” means seed potatoes as defined by regulation 2(1) of the Seed Potatoes Regulations.
