1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Amendment (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 21st November 2005.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
2. The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) is amended as follows–
(a)in article 6(2), for “28th February 2005” substitute “20th February 2006”(2);
(b)for Schedule 1 to the 1978 Order (approved disinfectants) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order; and
(c)for Schedule 2 to the 1978 Order (approved disinfectants subject to transitional provisions) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
3.—(1) In article 2(1) of the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2003(3), sub paragraphs (e) and (f) are revoked.
(2) The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2004(4) is revoked.
(3) The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2005(5) is revoked.
