These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Partnership (Supplementary Provisions relating to the Recognition of Overseas Dissolutions, Annulments or Separations) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5th December 2005.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
