1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2005 and shall come into force at 1630 hours on 4th November 2005.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Order 2005(1) is hereby revoked.
