1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 7th November 2005.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
2. In Schedule 4 to the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992(1) (capital to be disregarded), after paragraph 25 (2), insert–
“26. Any payment made to the resident under regulations made under section 7 of the Age Related Payments Act 2004(3).”.
