Amendment of the Egg (Marketing Standards) (Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 2005

33.  For regulation 4(3) (enforcement authorities) of the Egg (Marketing Standards) (Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1) substitute–

• “The Scottish Ministers shall execute and enforce the specified Community provisions insofar as they do not relate to the matters referred to in paragraph (1).”.
