Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (c. 36)
26. In section 36 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (welfare of certain children in hospitals and nursing homes etc.)(1), in subsection (3) for paragraph (c)(i) substitute–
“(c)(i)an independent health care service within the meaning of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8).”.
