In regulation 3(e) of the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Scotland) Regulations 1989(1) (services exempted from charges) for “, or received into guardianship, under the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”, substitute “under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
