50. In the Schedule to the Victim Notification (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2004(1) (sexual crimes of violence and indecent crimes) for paragraph 17 substitute–
“17. An offence under section 313 (persons providing care services: sexual offences) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.”.
