In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003(1) (proceedings) for “the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984 before the Sheriff” substitute “the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 before the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland”.
