27. In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) (Injury Benefits) Regulations 1998(1) (interpretation), in paragraph (d) of the definition of “employing authority” for “a committee constituted under section 91 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”, substitute “a Special Health Board constituted under section 2(1)(b) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(2)”.
