16. In regulation 1(3) of the National Assistance (Charges for Accommodation) (Scotland) Regulations 1992(1) (citation, commencement and interpretation) for “section 7 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “section 25 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
