10. In article 2(1) of the Radioactive Substances (Hospitals) Exemption Order 1990 (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “hospital”, for “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
