13. In regulation 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 1991 (persons in certain accommodation other than hospitals)(1), for “section 7 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “section 25 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
