Housing (Preservation of Right to Buy) (Scotland) Regulations 1993 (S.I. 1993/2164)

19.  In Schedule 2 to the Housing (Preservation of Right to Buy) (Scotland) Regulations 1993(1) (the right to buy provisions as they apply in cases where the right to buy is a preserved right to buy), in the inserted section 61(ii)(q) for “provided by him under section 90 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “provided under section 102(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978”.
