In regulation 1(2) of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in the definition of “prisoner”, for “the Mental Health (Scotland Act 1984” substitute “Part 5, 6 or 7 or section 136 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) 2003 Act or section 52D or 52M of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995”.
