41. In regulation 1(2) of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2003 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in the definition of “the Mental Health Acts”, for “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
