Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Dissolution of Funding Councils (Scotland) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 3rd October 2005.
Appointed Day
2. The appointed day for the dissolution of the Scottish Further Education Funding Council and the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council(1) is 3rd October 2005.
