Whereas Caledonian MacBrayne Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985(1) with the number SC1845, has applied in writing to the Scottish Ministers for a harbour empowerment order under section 16 of the Harbours Act 1964(2):

And whereas no objections to the application made pursuant to paragraph 10(2)(f) of Schedule 3 to the said Act(3) have been withdrawn:

And whereas the Scottish Ministers are satisfied as mentioned in subsection (5) of the said section 16;

Now therefore, the Scottish Ministers(4), in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
