Amendment of the Edinburgh College of Art (Scotland) Order of Council 1995

2.—(1) The Edinburgh College of Art (Scotland) Order of Council 1995(1) is amended in accordance with this article.

(2) In articles 4(1)(c), 5(1)(b), 6(1) and (2) and 11(e), and in paragraphs 1(b) and 2(b) of Schedule 1 wherever it appears delete “full-time”.

(3) In paragraph 2(d) of Schedule 1 where it first appears delete “full-time”.

(4) In paragraphs 1(b) and 2(b) of Schedule 1, before “matriculated students” insert “full time”.
