Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 7) (Scotland) Order 2004 Partial Revocation (No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force at 1645 hours on 22nd March 2005.
