Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 12th May 2005.
Amendment of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2004
2.—(1) The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the Schedule, in the column headed “POLICE STATION NAME AND ADDRESS” for Strathclyde police area–
(a)omit the entry relating to Craignure Police Station in the Isle of Mull; and
(b)after the entry relating to Alexandria Police Station, insert–
