3. For the purposes of section 70(17) of the Act(1), the prescribed local government areas comprise the City of Edinburgh, Dundee City, East Dunbartonshire, Glasgow City, Highland, Moray and West Dunbartonshire.
Section 70(17) was inserted by section 135 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004.
