3.  In regulation 6(2), (requirement for permit to operate installation and mobile plant)–

(a) between sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) delete “and”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert–

  referred to in Part 5 of Schedule 3, the date set out or determined in accordance with that Part.”.
