1. These Regulations may be cited as the Births, Deaths, Marriages and Divorces (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005. Amendment of the Births, Deaths, Marriages and Divorces (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1998
2. In regulation 2(1) of the Births, Deaths, Marriages and Divorces (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1998(1), in the definition of “Internet search session”, for “48” substitute “168”.
