Amendments and revocations

11.—(1) The following entries relating to the Meat Products and Spreadable Fish Products (Scotland) Regulations 1984 are omitted–

(a)in the Food (Revision of Penalties and Mode of Trial) (Scotland) Regulations 1985(1), in Schedule 1;

(b)in the Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 1990(2), in Schedule 1, Part I, Schedule 3, Part II and Schedules 5 and 8;

(c)in the Food Safety (Exports) Regulations 1991(3), in Schedule 2;

(d)in the Food (Forces Exemptions) (Revocations) Regulations 1992(4), in the Schedule, Part II;

(e)in the Sweeteners in Food Regulations 1995(5), in regulation 10(3)(b);

(f)in the Colours in Food Regulations 1995(6), in regulation 12(5);

(g)in the Miscellaneous Food Additives Regulations 1995(7), in regulation 10(11) and Schedule 9;

(h)in the 1996 Regulations, in regulation 49(9) and Schedule 9;

(i)in the Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations 1998(8), in regulation 18(2);

(j)in the Sweeteners in Food (Amendment) Regulations 1999(9), in regulation 3(2)(b)(ii); and

(k)in the Miscellaneous Food Additives (Amendment) Regulations 1999(10), in regulation 14(1).

(2) The Meat Products and Spreadable Fish Products (Scotland) Regulations 1984 and the Meat Products and Spreadable Fish Products (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 1986(11) are hereby revoked.
