Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 19801 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Scottish Water, Prevention of Water Pollution (Milngavie Waterworks) Byelaws Extension Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th November 2004.
Extension2
The period during which the Strathclyde Regional Council, Prevention of Water Pollution (Milngavie Waterworks) Byelaws 19932 are to remain in force is hereby extended to 11th May 2006.
