PART IV TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Winding-up and dissolution of existing schemes

11.  Any area tourist board established for the purposes of the exciting schemes revoked under article 4 and Schedule 2 to this Order shall be wound up and dissolved with effect from that date.
