6. In regulation 17(2) (exemptions from waste management licensing), for the list of paragraphs of Schedule 3 substitute–
“4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 12A, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 25, 37, 40, 41, 45 or 46”.
