Establishment of Glasgow Metropolitan College

2.  On 1st August 2004 there shall be established–

(a) a new college of further education designated with the name “Glasgow Metropolitan College”; and

(b) a body corporate of Glasgow Metropolitan College, to be known as “the Board of Management of Glasgow Metropolitan College”.
