Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Community Right to Buy (Specification of Plans) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 15th June 2004.
Specification of maps, plans and drawings
2. A community body application to register an interest in land shall include maps, plans or drawings which comply with the requirements of the Schedule to these Regulations.
3. Where such an application by a community body is granted the maps, plans or drawings will be held in the Register of Community Interests in Land.
