Revocation
15.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), and insofar as they have been not revoked already, the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications)(Scotland) Regulations 1997(1), The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000(2), and the Town and County Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002(3) are hereby revoked.
(2) The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) shall continue to apply to applications for planning permission deemed to have been made by virtue of section 133(7) of the 1997 Act in connection with an enforcement notice served before the date when these Regulations come into force.
